RETURN POLICY

All purchase made on this site are final sale, therefore we “DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS”, however an exchange in the form of “STORE CREDIT” may be issued under certain circumstances.

REASON(S) / CIRCUMSTANCES under which EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT will be granted:

1.) If incorrect ITEM / STYLE is sent to Customer.

2.) If incorrect SIZE is sent to Customer.

3.) If Customer is sent Defective item.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT (EXCHANGE) MUST BE:

1.) UNWORN

2.) UNWASHED

3.) FREE OF DEODORANT, COLOGNE, PERFUME, SOAP, or DETERGENT MARKS AND/OR SMELL.

4.) UNDAMAGED

5.) SAME ITEM AND SIZE AS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED ITEM.

6.) RETURNED TO & RECEIVED BY US, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMERS RECEIPT OF ORDER / ITEM (With Customer Service granted Return Authorization).

ITEMS “NOT” ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT:

1.) WORN

2.) WASHED

3.) MARKED or SMELLING OF DEODORANT, COLOGNE, PERFUME, SOAP, or DETERGENT.

4.) DAMAGED while wearing, or in opening of package.

5.) ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMERS RECEIPT OF ORDER / ITEM.

6.) ITEMS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN by Customer Service.

REASON(S) / CIRCUMSTANCES under which EXCHANGE will NOT be granted:

 1.) If Customer ordered incorrect STYLE, SIZE, COLOR.

 

 *ALL ORDERS ARE “INSPECTED THOROUGHLY” (FOR ACCURACY OF STYLE, SIZE AND COLOR, AS WELL AS FOR DEFECT) BEFORE BEING SHIPPED, AND / OR FOR THE ABOVE AFOREMENTIONED REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BEING ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
