SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING

Once your order is received, please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing, after which you will receive your tracking number.

TRACKING 

Once your order is received by USPS, your tracking information, and expected delivery date will update within the USPS tracking system.

TRANSIT

Shipping / Transit times usually average 3 to 5 business days. The total time (Processing / Delivery) will range between 5 to 7 business days, and we make every effort to keep this timeline as efficient as possible.

CUSTOMER MUST / SHIPPING ADDRESS

To avoid any delays in the receipt of your order, the customer is responsible for entering their Complete and Accurate mailing address. We are not liable for Customers failure to do so. Additionally, we are not responsible for stolen, lost, and/or misplaced packages.

UNDELIVERED ORDER(S) / PACKAGE(S)

Unfortunately, after leaving us, we have no control over the delivery of you package, and therefore are no longer responsible for it. If after tracking your package it shows as delivered, please contact USPS and follow their procedure(s) regarding reporting lost packages.

RUSH ORDERS

Sorry, but unfortunately we do not offer RUSH or EXPEDITED shipping at this time.
